BUILDEX3D provides product development services including but not limited to 3D printing, rapid prototyping, CAD and mechanical design, and concept visualization. Quotes, timelines and deliverables are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary with changes to scope, geometry, materials, finishing or quantity. Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement.
You retain ownership of all designs, drawings, CAD files and intellectual property you submit to us. We treat your files as confidential and do not share, resell or reuse your designs. Any concept art, models or documentation we produce for you transfers to you on full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Prototypes and 3D-printed parts are provided for evaluation, fit-check and testing purposes. Unless explicitly agreed, they are not certified for production, safety-critical, medical or load-bearing use. Material properties and tolerances vary by process and are communicated per project.
Stated turnaround times are estimates and depend on part complexity, queue and material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUILDEX3D's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Information submitted through our contact form (name, email, project details) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services. We do not sell your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
